This year, the brewers selected a few mature barrels from 2022 and 2023. Because they tasted great, the brewers decided to do an OTR blend of vintages for this years release. We took our best barrels with the higher ABV due to the angels share of evaporation in Jim Beam barrels over the year and infused them with the nearly 3 year old Heaven Hill
