The stone is oval cut and is estimated at approximately 5ct; it is held by four double prongs that start from a simply stupendous setting, with a very open bezel and decorated with delightful and romantic elements: on each side of the quartz, whether in the spaces of the bezel or on the two shoulders, we find hearts, which add
