  1. What is the origin of Rolim products? Mostly China but some are manufactured locally.
  2. Is the MPESA paybill number 324 336 free of chargeable? Our paybill is free.
  3. What is the Account Name in this paybill? Our paybill has a blank account name for clients to fill either their personal or corporate
  4. Can I buy on credit? Our trading terms are strictly cash before or on delivery. We never give credit.
  5. Can I get discounts? Yes, we offer discounts for high value purchases.

  7. What are the company working hours?
    • We encourage our customers to visit our shop between 8am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.
    • However online enquiries and orders can be conducted by our clients any time of the day.
    • Order collections are done during day time only.
  8. Do you deliver to customers? No. The customer is encouraged to identify their preferred transporter and make arrangements for logistics services. However, for small size/quantity orders, we can deliver to the customer at their own cost.
  9. Can goods be returned after purchase? Goods once sold cannot be returned unless the customer can prove that we supplied the wrong item and/or the package is sealed and intact.
  10. Do you provide technical support? Yes. We always have a standby technician to assist our customers in installations BUT at their own costs.
